in Culver City, CA.  
You will learn to throw punches correctly & use
combinations, use defensive moves to deflect
and protect, maximize your punching power &
punch while in motion.  Once you know the
basics, Sparring is an option.  We can also work
target areas, abs, butt, hips and thighs. Weight
training is also available .  
Boxing training is an incredible upper-body
workout and is great for losing belly fat and
toning and firming the tummy, arms and back.
Boxing is the ultimate core workout!!
